1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Youniformwala ("Platform") at youniformwala.in, you ("User", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and e-Bharat Solutions ("we", "us", "Company"), a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India, operating the Youniformwala brand.
2. About the Platform
Youniformwala is an online platform that enables customers to browse, select, and order school and college uniforms from partnered vendors in Nagpur. We act as an aggregator and facilitator — the uniforms are supplied by independent vendor partners.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and place orders
- Parents and guardians may place orders on behalf of minor students
- By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
4. User Account
- One mobile number may be linked to one email address only (1:1 binding)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Ordering
Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability with our vendor partners. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment is received or acknowledged (for COD orders, upon delivery confirmation).
Pricing
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. A transparent platform fee and delivery charge are shown as separate line items at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice but will not change after an order is confirmed.
6. Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please keep exact change ready.
Online Payment (UPI / Razorpay)
When available, online payments are processed securely through Razorpay or UPI. We do not store any payment card or bank account information.
Settlement
Platform fees and applicable commissions are settled per our vendor agreement terms.
7. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Nagpur only
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient
Open-Box Policy (MANDATORY)
You are required to inspect your order at the time of delivery before accepting it. Once you accept a delivery, it is considered verified and correct. We strongly recommend refusing delivery if the package appears tampered with or incorrect.
8. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements — not returns or refunds — under the following strict conditions:
Replacements will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery acceptance
- Requests raised beyond the 5-day window
9. Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of e-Bharat Solutions / Youniformwala. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are a technology platform and aggregator. We facilitate orders between customers and vendors but do not manufacture uniforms
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
- Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
12. Vendor Relationship
Uniforms are supplied by independent vendor partners. While we take reasonable steps to ensure quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee the quality of products beyond our replacement policy. Any product defect claims must be raised through our replacement process.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
